We have all seen a lot in television shows today. There is too much violence, language anad nudity in our television shows which are not suitable for younger viewers. Children should be warned about certain shows and look what the ratings are for television shows. Parents should encourage their children not to watch adult television shows such as: The Simpsons, South Park, Beavis and Butt Head; (I wasn't too fond about that show myself). Also, there are the worst television shows that I think are more nauseating for me that I tried to watch. I can't stand the two worst television shows, such as : Jerry Springer and Maury Povich. All they ever do is physically fight and swear; (which they also edit out nudity and language). In my opinion, these shows should not be on the air anymore, due to violence and language in relationships. I feel that no one should hear about someone else's problems on television where they can say it to the whole world to hear. It's not necessary for that kind of behaviour. Don't you agree with what I'm saying? The point that I'm making that they should keep their problems inside their homes privately. Do you know why children these days are watching too much violence and hearing language on television? They are getting ideas in their own minds to behave a certain way so that other people will accept them better, or they want to get rid of someone they don't like, so they could be the good guy. I don't think that's right. Be aware of the following ratings on television today : children, youth age eight, age fourteen, and over age eighteen. These ratings will make parents be aware of what their kids should be watching and what's not appropriate for them. The trick is to get your children to bed at a reasonable hour so that you and your spouse can watch your adult shows without any disruption.
